家长们如约而至
相聚在校园里
Following in the footsteps of spring, all the parents arrived and got together with trust and hope in the NTFLS campus to attend the first Parents’ Meeting of IG and AS grade for the new term.
IG年级家长大会
本次会议分为年级大会和班级会议两部分。首先由升学指导老师Mandy为家长们介绍了有关升学的事宜，强调了暑假活动的必要性，她对于各国家大学的专业介绍、申请截止日期、申请大学的详细流程、不同大学专业的学科要求和语言要求、各国申请后续存款证明做了详细的讲解。
The IG grade meeting is divided into two parts: the grade meeting and the class meeting. First of all, Mandy, the guidance counselor, introduced the matters related to university application for parents and emphasized the necessity of summer vacation activities. She explained in detail the major introduction of universities in different countries, the deadline for application, the detailed process of applying for universities, the subject requirements and language requirements of different university majors, and the follow-up certificate of deposit applied by different countries.
而后由教学总监Rick老师对一模考试行了细致分析，对全球统考的形式以及下阶段的安排规划进行了总结性发言，并且介绍了升留学制度，以及接下来升入AS时的选课要求与建议。
At the end of the conference, Rick, the teaching director, made a detailed analysis of the first mock examination, made a concluding statement on the form of the CAIE examination and the arrangement and planning of the next stage, and he introduced the requirements and suggestions for course selection when entering AS.
各班级会议
年级大会结束后，家长们移步教室与班主任进行深入交流。各班主任对本班每位同学的考试成绩做了详细的分析，让家长更直观的了解自己孩子的学习情况，用实际数据证明了努力的重要性。最后着重介绍了学校的规章制度、班级管理，以及强调了家校沟通的重要性。
After the grade meeting, the parents went to the classroom and had an in-depth communication with the head teacher. Each class teacher has done a detailed analysis of the students’ examination results, so that parents could more intuitively understand their children's learning situation. The head teacher of each class also introduced school rules and regulations, class management, and stressed the importance of communicationh between home and school.
一对一咨询沟通
会后，家长与班主任、任课教师进行一对一的交流沟通，以此更全面地了解孩子各学科学习进展、存在的问题等，共同探讨让孩子进步的方法。
After the class meeting, parents had one-to-one communication with subject teachers and head teacher, in order to have a more comprehensive understanding of their children's learning progress and existing problems in each subject, and jointly explore ways to make children progress.
家长会，拉近了学校与家长间的距离，更新了家长们的教育观念，融洽了教师与家长们的关系，对学校和孩子们的发展起到了良好的促进作用。
春天是一个希望的开始，愿同学们能够抓住机会，勇敢地追求梦想，向着更加美好的未来继续前行。
The Parents Meeting has narrowed the distance between the school and parents, updated the parents' education concept, harmonized the relationship between teachers and parents, and played a good role in promoting the development of the school and the children.
Spring is the beginning of hope. May all the students seize the opportunity to pursue their dreams bravely and move forward towards a better future.
