新学年、新起航，我校迎来了新一届学生会、国旗班和校电视台招新。本次招新，我校本着吸纳优秀人才、培养学生甘于奉献服务的精神和爱国主义思想为目标，秉承着公平公正的原则招新，从而为学生会、国旗班和校电视台注入新的能量。
本次招新竞选流程分为：前期宣传——学生报名——竞选演讲——受聘仪式。
At the beginning of this new academic year of 2022-2023, we were excited to welcome the new group of the Student Union, the National Flag Class and the Campus Studio through the annual elections. This recruitment aims to attract outstanding students and cultivates students with the spirit of dedication and patriotism. We recruit new members in accordance with the principle of fairness and justice, so as to inject new energy into the Student Union, National Flag Class and the Campus Studio. The recruitment process is divided into four parts: early publicity, student registration, election speech and the employment ceremony.
学校于2022年9月21日中午在一楼多媒体教室举行了学生竞选演讲。Kevin校长、学生处主任Esther老师、团委书记Zephyr老师等参加了此次会议。
At the noon of September 21, 2022, we held a campaign speech in the conference hall on the ground floor. President Kevin, Dean of Student Affairs Esther, Secretary of Youth League Committee Zephyr and other teachers attended the meeting.
参加竞选的同学们准备充分，他们围绕着“为什么竞选这个岗位”“竞选成功我将做些什么”等方面进行演讲。本次竞选演讲在此起彼伏的掌声中落下帷幕。
The students who participated in the election speech were well prepared, and they made speeches around "why I run for this position" and "what will I do if I succeed in the election". The campaign speech ended with a round of applause.
We announced the new members of the Student Union, the National Flag Class and the Campus Studio, and held the appointment ceremony for them in the morning of Semptember 23.

Kevin校长在受聘仪式的结尾做了总结：他对过去这一年学生会取得的优秀成绩表示肯定和祝贺，以及对新成员们的加入表示热烈的欢迎，同时对历届学生会干部与国旗班成员的付出表示了感谢。
其次，他对新一届学生会、国旗班和校电视台的同学们提出了以下三点希望和要求：
一.新一届校学生会干部应继承往届优秀学生会干部认真细致的工作作风，负责谨慎的工作态度，这也是一名校级学生干部的基本素质。二.要重新审视自己的位置。要明白自己肩上的责任，履行各职位的责任和义务。三、希望团队合作精神能渗透到学生会工作之中。团队合作精神体现着一个团队的团结和韧性，也是一个团队是否优秀的具体表现。
最后，Kevin校长说：相信在大家的共同努力下，我校新一批的优秀学生会管理团队一定会在以往学长们取得优秀成绩的基础上，再创辉煌！
风华正茂恰少年，群英竞秀展风采。担任这些职务意味着光荣，更意味着担当。只有严于律己，团结协作，方能屡创佳绩。相信每一位学生会、国旗班和校电视台的同学，都能担起责任，不断完善自我，希望你们尽情发挥自己的才能，不负韶华，青春无悔！
It is not noly a honor but responsibility to be a menber or the president of the Student Union as well as other position. Only by being strict with oneself and working together can we achieve great results in the new academic year. Webelieve that every memeber of the Student Union, theNational flag Class and the Campus Statio, can shoulder the responsibility, constantly improve themselves togive full play to their own talent and make greater progress!
