家长讲堂| 海外留学与领事保护 Parent Class

作为国际学校的学生，未来都将远渡重洋、异国求学。家长和同学们在期待之余不免会对异国生活有着种种担忧。本期的家长讲堂便邀请到了AS-1班王同学的父亲，他的演讲主题为海外留学与领事保护。

As the students of an international school, they will study abroad in the future. While parents and students are looking forward to it, they all have a lot of worries about living in another country. In this week’s Parent Class, we invited a parent from AS-1 to talk about study abroad and consular protection.

海外留学与领事保护

王爸爸主要列举了领事保护的常见案例，如：受到侵害、电信诈骗、人身意外等；学生要注意保管护照、居留证等重要证件并注意证件的有效期；海外留学遇到困难时如何及时寻求领事帮助以及出国前后注意事项提醒。他希望同学们首先关注中国领事公众号，记住外交部热线，无论遇到什么事都要沉着冷静的应对。

The guest speaker listed common cases of consular protection, such as: infringement, wire fraud, personal accident. Students should take good care of various types of valid documents like passports and residence permits and so on, and pay attention to the expiration date. He also introduced how to seek timely consular help when encountering difficulties in studying abroad, as well as some important considerations before and after going abroad. He hoped that students should pay attention to the official account of the Chinese consul first, remember the hotline of the Foreign Ministry, and deal with everything calmly.

王爸爸用自己丰富的工作经验为同学们讲了满满都是干货的一堂课。相信经此学习，同学们更能加强自我防范意识，对于出国的重要事项也加深了了解。望同学们谨记：无论走到哪里，祖国都在你的身后！
