我校举办第一届英语辩论赛
为营造英语学习氛围，丰富校园文化生活，同时为广大热爱英语学习的同学提供展示自己的平台，进一步提高自己的演讲能力和逻辑思维，结识更多志趣相投的英才。我校举办了第一届英语辩论赛（Young Mind, Fresh Ideas）。本次辩论赛赛制为美式辩论赛，每队设三名辩手，不分主次，整个流程包括开篇立论、质询与驳论、总结驳论、大型交叉质询和最后总结。
In order to create a stronger English learning atmosphere, enrich the campus cultural life, and provide a platform for the students to show themselves, further improve their speech ability and logical thinking, and meet more like-minded talents, NTFLS held the first NTFLS English Debating Competition---Young Mind, Fresh Ideas. The debate competition system is American-style debate competition. Each team has three debaters, regardless of the primary and secondary, and the whole process includes the Opening Argument, Inquiry and Refutation, Summary Refutation, Cross-inquiry and Final Summary.
本次活动首先在各班进行了选拔赛，每个年级选拔出四名选手，全校有十二名选手进入到决赛。决赛分为两场，选手们通过抽签的方式分成四组，并决定比赛方和比赛顺序。
First of all, each class has held the preliminary selection, and each grade selected four players. A total of 12 players eventually entered the final. The final debate competition is divided into two matches, and the players are divided into four groups by drawing lots to decide the teams and the order of the matches.
比赛现场，同学们围绕辩题展开激烈辩论，他们思维敏捷，从开篇立论到最后总结，紧扣命题、激昂陈词、论据充分，充分展现了辩手们的蓬勃朝气和昂扬锐气。
正反方势均力敌，准确抓住另一方的思维漏洞并展开追问，双方辩手唇齿交锋，思维碰撞。同时，团队作战考验着小组成员间相互配合的默契程度、以及临场发挥能力。
In the competition, the debaters held a heated debate around the topic. From the opening argument to the final conclusion, they werequick in thinking, closely followed the proposition, made passionate speeches and had sufficient arguments, whichfully demonstrated the vigor and vitality.
The two sides wereevenly matched,accurately seizingthe thinking loopholes of the other side and raisingquestions. The debaters of the two sides debated intensely, testing the team members' tacit cooperation and improvisation.
为保证比赛结果公平、公正、公开，比赛由教学总监和英语教学组的全体老师们进行评分。最终，我校首届辩论赛最佳最佳辩手和最佳团队就此诞生。
To ensure that the competition is fair, just and open, the competition is graded by the teaching director and all the teachers ofthe English teaching group. Finally, the Best Debater and the Best Team in the first NTFLS English Debating Competition appeared in the cheers of all the students.

本届英语辩论赛开阔了同学们的视野，展现了我校学生积极向上的青春风采，对加强校园文化建设起到积极推动作用。同时，在本次比赛中，也涌现出新一批口才犀利、思维敏捷的辩手。
The 1stEnglish debatingcompetition has broadened the students' horizons and demonstrated the positive youth style of our students. At the same time, in this competition, the eloquent and quick-thinking debaters have fully displayed their personal style.
第一期家长讲堂
我校开展的本学期第一期“家长讲堂”，邀请到了南通市开发区检察院的姜检察官，她为同学们带来了一场关于“青少年性教育与自我保护法治”的讲座。
In the first "Parent Lecture" of this semester, Prosecutor Jiang from the Procuratorate of Nantong Development Zone was invited to give a lecture on "Adolescent sex education and Self-protection".
青春期，是从儿童走向成年的过渡时期。处于青春期的孩子独立意识增强，开始拥有反抗心理，变得关注异性。姜检察官讲述了关于青春、人生和法律的故事。通过讲解什么是青春、什么是性侵害、如何正确应对性侵害等内容。这场图文并茂的专题讲座，帮助同学们树立独立自强的人格理想、自我保护的安全意识和自尊自爱的品格，用昂扬激情拥抱青春。
Adolescence is a transitional period from childhood to adulthood. In adolescence, studentshave a stronger sense of independence, start to have a rebellious mentality, and become concerned about the opposite sex. Prosecutor Jiang tells stories about youth, life and the law. By explaining what is youth, what is sexual assault, and how to deal with sexual assault, the students are helped to establish an independent and self-reliant personality ideal, self-protection safety awareness and self-love character.
体育节系列活动
从十月的体育节开幕式至十一月，我校各项赛事仍在如火如荼的进行。绿茵操场，喧嚣沸腾，以青春的脚步迎接自我、挑战自我，我们见证了运动健儿的自信与胜利，捕捉了他们的笑容与风采。
From the opening ceremony of the 2022 Sports Festival in October till now, all kinds of sports events are still going on in our school. In the green playground, the students challenge themselves with the footsteps of youth, andwe have witnessed their smile, confidence and victory.
飞盘比赛
同学们一展优美弧线，默契传接、娴熟控盘。他们奋力跳跃、奋力拼搏，这既是速度与力量的角逐，又是团队协作的较量，以少年之姿尽展运动风采。
In the Frisbee competition, the students showed a beautiful arc, tacit passing and skillful control of the frisbee. They struggle to jump to catch the frisbee, which is not only the competition of speed and strength, but also the competition of teamwork, with a young attitude to show the style of sports.
篮球赛
赛场上，运球、传球、转身、突破、投篮……一气呵成，同学们默契配合、激烈抢夺、有力防守、精准投篮，比赛亮点迭出，阵阵呐喊声和掌声响彻在操场上空。
In the basketball game, the students cooperated with each other, fought fiercely, defended strongly and shot accurately. The highlights of the game were repeated, and bursts of shouts and applause echoed in the playground.
我校同学在各项比赛中充分展示了自身的实力和不屈的精神，将体育的魅力展现的淋漓尽致，呈现了一场场精彩绝伦的比赛盛宴。
NTFLS students fully demonstrated their strength and unyielding spirit in various competitions, showing the charm of sports incisively and vividly, presenting a wonderful competition feast.
