全力护航“开学季”,撑起舌尖“平安伞”

用心关爱学生,从关爱他们的胃开始。让孩子们吃到安全、美味、营养的食品,是学校食堂管理一贯的目标。南通崇川外国语学校在本学期改变学生就餐模式,大大缩短了学生的排队时间,并保证了学生的膳食搭配和营养健康。
 
 
 


学期初,学校开展食堂安全标准化例行专项检查,检查组由校长室、学生处和综合办成员组成,对食堂备餐间、加工间、操作间、洗碗间、主副食仓库等处进行查验。
It is the consistent goal of NTFLS canteen management to provide students with safe, delicious and nutritious food. NTFLS has changed the students' dining mode this semester, which greatly shortened the students' queuing time and ensured the students' meal collocation and nutrition health.At the beginning of thissemester, NTFLScarried out a routine inspection of canteen safety standardization. The inspection team was composed of members of the President's Office, Student Affairs Office and Comprehensive Office, and they mainly inspected the canteen food preparation room, processing room, dish washing room, main and auxiliary food warehouse and other places.

防范未然  重细节





 

从原材料采购到食品快检,再到烹饪制作等环节层层把关,确保师生就餐安全。同时,对学校食堂的消杀记录、食品留样、食品许可证、生产日期,保质期,7S台账管理记录、主副食仓库管理记录,员工健康证等情况进行了认真、细致的检查。

From the purchase of raw materials to quick food inspection, from cooking to other parts, we pay attention to all the details to ensure the food safety. In this routine inspection, we have carried out a careful and meticulous inspection on the sterilization records, food samples, food license, production date, shelf life, 7S ledger management records, main and non-staple food warehouse management records, staff health certificates and other conditions in the canteen.



 

强化要求  保质量








 

检查组要求食堂管理人员,要规范加工操作环节,保障食品安全、卫生,认真学习相关法律规定。要求食堂管理人员,一定不要使用进口冷链食品,不使用腐败变质食品,不使用过期物品,加强食品卫生安全管理,把好进货关,规范加工操作环节,保障食品安全、卫生,确保孩子们吃的健康。要求厨房员工要遵守学校规定,严格按照上级疫情防控要求,及时申报个人健康状况、认真做好消杀。

We require the canteen management team to be able to standardize processing operation steps to ensure food safety. At the same time, the canteen management staff must not use imported cold chain food, spoilage food, do not use expired products. Strengthen food hygiene and safety management, standardize the processing operation steps. We require canteen staff to abide by the regulations of the school, strictly follow the epidemic prevention and control requirements, declare their personal health status in time and do a good job of elimination. 






提高意识  优队伍



 

检查结束后,kevin校长对本次检查做出批示,以提升“三个意识”为主线,对食堂目前的现状、存在的问题和未来的发展进行了深刻剖析,对食堂工作提出了具体要求。要求全体食堂工作人员,要严把卫生安全意识、不断提高服务意识、确保食品质量意识,把食堂作为主阵地,把服务标准不断提高,不断学习、用心服务,把饭菜做精做优,不断推陈出新,打造崇外食堂自己的品牌。同时要求食堂要针对学生喜好,在营养搭配的基础上,肯下功夫,多钻研,多学习,善思考,善反思,不断优化菜品种类。做到真正走进学生的内心,为学生的身体考虑,为学生的健康考虑。

食品安全一直是南通崇川外国语学校工作的重中之重,学校会继续积极推动食品安全工作管理的规范化,把工作做到细致、深入、扎实,确保全校师生“舌尖上的安全”。
