In order to carry forward the Chinese national spirit and deeply understand the profound cultural connotation of the Dragon Boat Festival, NTFLS has launched a series of activities for teachers and students to enjoy the festival together.
装扮教室
同学们以“端午”为主题，发挥出了自己丰富的想象力和动手能力，精心布置了所在班级的黑板报和展板，整个校园洋溢着浓浓的端午节气息。
Chooseing "The Dragon Boat Festival" as the theme, the students of each class gave full play to their rich imagination and practical ability, and carefully arranged the blackboard newspaper and display board of their classrooms. The whole campus is permeated with a strong atmosphere of the Dragon Boat Festival.
包粽子
端午近，粽香飘。没有“粽子君”的端午是不完整的。包粽子活动深受大家的欢迎，有些师生开始还不太熟练，总是遭遇散型的挫折，但经过食堂阿姨的指导，渐渐地进入了状态。泡糯米，洗箬叶，包粽子。两片粽叶、一勺米、一根棉线，指尖缠绕，上下翻转间一个粽子就诞生在手中。大家互相交流学习，现场其乐融融。
The Dragon Boat Festival would not be complete without zongzi. Making Zongzi is welcomed by everyone, and some teachers and students are not very skilled at the beginning, but they gradually find the trick of making zongzi after a few tries and the guidance of the canteen aunt. Soaking glutinous rice and washing the reed leaves firstly, and then wraping up zongziwith two reed leaves, a spoonful of rice, a jujube and a cotton thread. The students communicate with each other, learn from each other, and enjoy the process of making a Zongzi.
制作香荷包
在毒五月里，传统习俗通过挂艾叶、佩香囊来驱邪辟秽。这些习俗里，香囊最让人着迷的，它可以随身携带，不仅让人心情感到愉悦，还能驱散蚊虫，给到我们足够的呵护。
In the traditional customs of the fifth month of the lunar calendar, people often hang mugwort leaves and wear incense sachets to drive away the evil spirits. Among these customs, the sachet is the most fascinating because it can be carried around. It not only can make you feel happy, but also dispel mosquitoes.
女同学们都变身巧夺天工的小绣娘，穿针引线、打结、缝制、放香料……用灵巧的双手缝制出了一个个精致又实用的荷包。
Each Girl sews out a delicate and practical purse with her dexterous hands .
