让小白鼠带你领略彭于晏“紧急救援”深潜水下30尺



“可上九天揽月,可下五洋捉鳖。”这是从远古时代到现在中华人民的梦想,是华夏儿女对未知事物探索精神的展现。而在科技日新月异发展的今天,后者对我们来说早已不是虚无缥缈的幻梦,“深潜”这一概念也开始逐渐被人们所了解。

Exploring the vast universe and the deep ocean is the dream of the Chinese people from ancient times to the present. Today, with the rapid development of science and technology, the ocean is no longer an illusory dream for us, and the concept of "deep diving" has gradually been understood by people.



 
 
 

本组三位同学对潜水这项富有魅力的运动有较为浓厚的兴趣,他们进行了潜水体验,通过文献检索与实验,得出了常见的潜水疾病——氧中毒、氮麻醉、减压病的结论与治疗方案。

The three students in this group have a strong interest in diving, which is a charming sport. They have carried out diving experience. Through literature search and experiments on common diving diseases, such as oxygen poisoning, nitrogen anesthesia and decompression sickness, they have drawn conclusions and treatment plans.



 

此次科研活动不仅让同学们对深不可测的海洋更有探究兴趣,更激发了他们了想要加入海洋环保公益组织、守护海洋的美好意愿。

This scientific research activity not only increased the students’ interest in exploring the unfathomable ocean, but also inspired them to join the public welfare organization of Marine environmental protection to protect the ocean.




你的痛我看得见

 

 

选择这一研究项目的同学都基于对心理学和行为学比较感兴趣,他们从最开始了解疼痛的知识(1.好痛和坏痛;2.区分生理痛和病理痛方法等),学习实验室的基本知识,根据视频观察实验小鼠的行为并得到结论完成记录。在观察实验中获取知识,这对同学们来说是全新的体验和收获。

The students who chose this research project were interested in psychology and behavior psychology. They tried to know about pain from the very beginning(1.Good pain and bad pain; 2.Distinguish between physiological pain and pathological pain methods, etc.), and learn the basic knowledge of the laboratory, observe the behavior of mice according to the video and get the conclusion to complete the record. To gain knowledge through observation experiments is a new experience and harvest for students.



 


阿尔兹海默病模型动物的建立与鉴定
 

阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)又称老年性痴呆,是最常见的痴呆类型。表现为记忆减退、认知障碍和人格改变等。

AD is the most common form of dementia. It is manifested as memory loss, cognitive impairment and personality change.



 

此项目研究的方向主要通过建立具有临床AD特征的动物模型,观察它的临床特征来进行机制研究和鉴定。

虽然世界范围内目前未发现能够全面模拟人类衰老、疾病和并发症的动物模型。但经此学习,有同学对此病理研究表现出了浓厚的兴趣,也希望保持这份热爱,将来努力为痴呆的研究提出了更深入的探索方向。

The research direction of this project is mainly to establish an animal model with clinical AD characteristics and observe its clinical characteristics to conduct mechanism research and identification.

Although there is no animal model that can comprehensively simulate human aging, disease and complications developing in the world, after this study, some students show a strong interest in this pathological research. We hope that some of you maintain the love and interest to put forward a more in-depth exploration direction for AD research in the future.


 

密室逃脱”的诱惑——新兴娱乐业态下的青少年发展
 

 

现在桌游、剧本杀、密室逃脱在16~30岁的人群里十分流行,随着这些新兴娱乐项目的快速发展,各方(警方、医疗方面、教育方面等)都在密切关注着剧本杀、密室逃脱等新兴娱乐项目的安全隐患。

The board games, Live Action Role Playing (LARP) games and Escape room are very popular among people aged 16 to 30. With the rapid development of these new entertainment programs, the society is paying close attention to the safety risks. 




 

本项目以青少年为研究对象,选取中学生参与本研究。了解青少年这一群体对密室逃脱这一娱乐项目的(认)知、信(念)、行(为)现状,在此基础上关注个体心理特征对青少年密室逃脱参与行为的影响,以及密室逃脱活动对青少年心理发展的影响。采用问卷法和访谈法,行动研究法、量表法、几个心理学研究常用方法进行研究。

This project takes adolescents as the research object and selects middle school students to participate in this study to understand the teenagers' cognition, belief and behavior status of Escape Room, and pay attention to the influence of individual psychological characteristics on the behavior of Escape Room, and the influence of the game on the psychological development of teenagers. Questionnaires, interviews, action research, scale and several commonly used methods of psychological research were used. 

 



基于电脑-手机双机位的在线考试防作弊识别系统

 

“人脸识别”研究项目,需用编程成功制作出完整的程序并模拟运行。对于我校高中阶段的学生来说是陌生和有一定难度的,但兴趣总能打败困难。同学们一开始对编程了解浅显,致使程序频频出错,通过老师的指导和不断地学习、积累经验,制作检测人脸系统,最终完成了所有程序并使他成功运行。

“Face recognition” research project needs to use programming to make a complete program and simulation run, which is strange and difficult for high school students. At the beginning, At the beginning, due to the lack of programming knowledge, the students freguently made mistakes on progamming. Through teacher's guidance and students' continuous learning and accumulation of experience, the face recognition system was finally developed, and the students complete all procedures and make it run successfully.

同学们首先要认识各实验仪器,再进行样品制备,通过SEM机观察物质表面结构,最后进行表面增强拉曼散射测试(SERS)。参与此实验的同学表示,此实验让大家观察到了微观世界,提升了自己的知识层面,同时也解开了多年的疑惑:为什么壁虎可以在墙上爬行而不会掉落;水为什么无法渗透到荷叶里。

Students in this group of experimental research firstly had to know the experimental instrument, then made sample preparation, observed the surface structure of the material by SEM machine, and finally conducted surface enhanced Raman scattering test (SERS). The students who participated in the experiment said that the experiment allowed them to observe the micro world, improved their knowledge level, and solved some questions existing for many years, such as “why geckos can crawl on the wall without falling off? ” and “Why can't water penetrate into lotus leaves?”








 

这是一个有趣且快乐的假期体验,同学们从中了解到了文献的重要性及如何去查询,学会了编程,解决了很多从小就有的科学疑惑。相信经此实践,今后他们遇到困难会勇于解决,会更积极地动脑思考,也会激发他们努力学习日后为祖国的科研事业做贡献的信念。

 

The practice activity in the winter vacation was an interesting and happy experience for our students, in which they learned the importance of literature reviewing. We believe that through this practice, they will have the courage to solve difficulties, think more actively, and study hard to make contributions to the scientific research in the future.
