作为在校学生，他一直严于律己，给自己定下了较高的目标；

作为课业代表，他一直坚守岗位，每一天、每一份作业都仔仔细细记录；
作为小组领队，他一直斡旋其中，尽力去维护组员和谐与团结并努力完成任务，
成绩优异、奖项加持、足球达人……每一项荣誉都使得他成为同学眼中的榜样，家长眼中的骄傲。更难得于他能不骄不躁，保持初心。他就是本月的每月之星，IG2班的陆慧员！

I am so proud to get the Star of the Month reward.
Last year, when I firstcame to the CIE Center and began the journey of studying. I was not confident about my future and afraid if I could overcome all the challenges I would meet. But, by the help of teachers and encourage of my classmates, I kept improving myself whatever in the study or during the daily life gradually and，at last, I achieved the desired goals.
Although I get the award, I still should continuous making progress in return for the teachers' trust in me. This honor is a spur and an inspiration yo me. Appreciate for teachers to give me the opportunity and my friends to support me. I will keep going and never let you down.
