It is my great honor to be awarded the student of the month, which is a considerable incentive for me to keep diligent. It is the best recognition for the study attitude I have maintained since the beginning of this term, and I will carry it on in the following months.

I am more than delighted to share my method of study and how to achieve satisfactory scores in exams. The foremost is that, don't make learning painful—the sense of accomplishment should arise whenever you've understood a new concept or solved a problem. Don't be afraid of homework and please be proud of yourself for the ability to finish the task off. When trying to give a solution to a problem, it is always the thought process that counts. Once you have constructed a thought process on your own rather than copying others', the principles underneath it can be understood and it can then be applied to a wider variety of similar problems. You may not succeed for the first time, yet comparing and adjusting your thought process to ensure it is in the correct course are of significance. This "apply, compare and adjust" loop helps you to develop your thinking skill and form reliable thought processes concerned with most of the diverse problems you will encounter. In the exams, what you need to do is simply applying appropriate thought processes to particular problems. There's no need to panic when facing one you've never seen before, because the exams are bound to be resolvable and won't go beyond the syllabus.
